You are only one and half km away from the Hastings Heritage Trail where you can easily access miles of ATVing and snowmobiling trails. There is a lot of space to gather with family and friends with a large patio as well as a covered deck or a lovely eat-in kitchen. 

The property is only minutes from Bancroft but surrounded by nature.

Located 15 minutes by car, you will be in the heart of Bancroft which has everything you need for your vacation, LCBO, Beer Store, Tim Hortons, grocery stores, amazing restaurants, and bars on the main street on Hastings St N.
